About Us
What does Cinética Studio do?
At Cinética Studio, we design and produce immersive and interactive technology-driven experiences for brands, events, and public spaces. This means we create environments where audiences don’t just watch content — they experience it and activate it. From installations that respond to movement or touch, to systems powered by sensors, screens, audio, and custom software.
We also produce high-end digital animation and premium content for campaigns, and integrate virtual production workflows when projects require filming and 3D content within modern production pipelines.
What are “immersive experiences” and how does Cinética develop them?
Immersive experiences are environments that surround users visually, sonically, and spatially. At Cinética, we develop 360° experiences, immersive cubes, audiovisual rooms, projection-mapped environments, large-scale content installations, and narrative-driven spaces that transform a venue into a story.
We design the full journey: user flow, visual atmosphere, sound design, key moments, and the technical system behind it — ensuring the experience feels seamless, impactful, and memorable.
What are “interactive technology experiences”?
Interactive technology experiences are activations where technology responds to people’s presence or actions. At Cinética, this can include touch interaction, motion tracking, gesture control, camera-based systems, depth sensors, tracking systems, audio-reactive visuals, or physical/digital interfaces.
The goal is for each person to trigger something — an animation, an environmental shift, a system response, or a personalized outcome.
What types of immersive experiences do you create?
We design immersive experiences such as:
360° audiovisual rooms (branding, storytelling, product, culture)
Immersive cubes with projection or wraparound screens
Sensory tunnels and immersive corridors
Immersive video mapping (when the venue and objectives justify it)
Hybrid immersive environments (screens + projection + spatial audio + lighting)
Touring installations for roadshows and traveling activations
What types of interactive technology experiences do you develop?
We develop interactive experiences such as:
Interactive kiosks and digital totems with touchscreens, cameras, and sensors
Interactive walls (touch walls) with generative visuals
Interactive floors with tracking and real-time response
Technology-driven photo opportunities (including AI, when relevant)
Interactive event games (challenge-based, skill-based, participatory — non-violent if required)
Audio-reactive visual installations for festivals, product launches, or branded spaces
Does Cinética create virtual reality experiences?
Yes. We design virtual reality experiences when the objective benefits from a fully controlled “world of its own”: product demos, virtual tours, immersive storytelling, training programs, branded worlds, or guided interactions.
We can create short-format VR experiences optimized for high-traffic events, or deeper, more complex pieces for training and demonstration purposes.
What type of VR do you produce: event VR or training VR?
We do both. For events, we prioritize speed, stability, simplified UX, and high user throughput. For training and education, we focus on instructional storytelling, precise interaction, measurable outcomes, and repeatability.
In both cases, we ensure the VR experience is intuitive, safe, and aligned with the physical space and target audience.
Does Cinética create XR experiences (AR/VR/MR)?
Yes, when the project requires it. While virtual reality may be the primary focus, we also work across XR technologies.
The key is choosing the right tool for the objective: sometimes VR is the best solution; other times, a headset-free interactive system works better for large-scale events.
Does Cinética create digital animation?
Yes. We produce premium CGI/3D animation and digital content for campaigns, storytelling, product showcases, and high-impact visuals.
We can create anything from stylized animation to hyper-realistic content, integrating characters, environments, simulations, and VFX according to the brand’s visual language.

Does Cinética offer virtual production services?
Yes. We use virtual production when projects require combining live filming with digital environments, real-time previs, 3D content integration, and camera/scene control within modern production workflows.
Virtual production enables faster creative iteration, greater visual control, and results that would otherwise be more expensive or time-consuming using traditional production methods.
When is virtual production the right choice?
Virtual production is ideal for:
Launches that require an “impossible” or highly controlled environment
Content featuring digital sets, 3D environments, and cinematic aesthetics
Product integration within virtual worlds
Projects that require previs, advanced camera control, or visual consistency across multiple pieces
Scope &

Workflow &
Client Involvement
At what stage of a project can Cinética get involved?
Cinética can join a project at different stages:
From the initial briefing and creative proposal phase (ideal scenario)
Once you already have a brief and need to translate it into a tailored, buildable solution
When there’s already a technology-driven idea, but you need to figure out how to execute it and what methodology to use
Why is it beneficial to involve Cinética from the briefing stage?
Because in immersive and interactive technology experiences, technical feasibility directly shapes the creative outcome.
Getting involved early helps avoid unnecessary iterations, reduces execution risks, and accelerates decision-making. We propose impactful ideas that are not only exciting — but also realistic to build and operate.
What does a typical immersive/interactive project workflow look like?
Our process typically includes:
Understanding the objective (brand, audience, venue, event dynamics)
Creative concept development + narrative and user journey design
Interaction design (UX) and definition of outputs (screens, projection, QR, etc.)
Prototyping and technical testing
Development (software + content + system integration)
On-site installation, calibration, and operation
Fine-tuning based on real-world feedback and context
What deliverables do you provide in a creative proposal?
We typically deliver:
Creative concept and strategic rationale

Hiring Process
Does Cinética adapt to different budget levels?
Yes. We design scalable immersive and interactive technology experiences. The core idea remains strong, while we adjust technical complexity, content depth, number of modules, operational days, and hardware to align with the available budget.
Our focus is always to maximize impact and operational stability within the given investment.
How do you price a project?
We price projects based on:
Creative scope and type of experience (immersive, interactive, VR, etc.)
Development complexity and level of customization
Required content (digital animation, UI design, real-time visuals)
Hardware and system integration needs
Installation and operation days
Venue conditions, capacity, and expected audience flow
What information do you need to quickly estimate a project?
Ideally:
Date and location (venue/city)
Expected attendance and hourly audience flow
Main objective (awareness, engagement, UGC, lead generation, education)
Type of experience desired (immersive experiences, interactive technology experiences, virtual reality, etc.)
Technical constraints (space, power supply, internet connectivity, operating hours)
Operations &
Logistics
Does Cinética operate experiences on-site?
Yes. We operate across Mexico and the United States.
On-site operation is critical for interactive technology experiences — including calibration, monitoring, troubleshooting, crowd flow management, and overall system stability.
Do you design experiences for high-volume audiences?
Yes. For large-scale events, we prioritize simplified UX, fast interactions, automatic reset systems, and clear outputs (for example, QR-based delivery).
We design each experience to be repeatable, efficient, and consistent over extended operating hours.
Can you design an experience that generates shareable content (UGC)?
Yes. We create activations specifically designed to generate shareable moments — with social-ready outputs, editorial-quality aesthetics, customizable results, and seamless delivery (via QR, microsite, or a controlled distribution flow depending on the needs of the event).
Specific
Technologies
Does Cinética create video mapping experiences?
Yes — when it meaningfully supports the project’s objective. Video mapping can be immersive, visually striking, and narrative-driven.
We can also combine mapping with interactive technology experiences, using sensors to make the content respond dynamically to the audience.
Does Cinética use sensors and computer vision?
Yes. Many interactive technology experiences rely on depth sensors, cameras, or tracking systems to detect movement, presence, gestures, or surface interaction.
We select the technology based on stability, reliability, and the specific conditions of the venue.

Yes. We design original soundscapes and audio-reactive systems where visuals respond to music or ambient sound.
This works especially well in immersive experiences such as 360° installations, tunnels, and festival environments.
Does Cinética develop real-time content?
Yes. We build visual systems that run in real time and react to audience input.
This is essential in interactive technology experiences, ensuring each session feels dynamic and alive — rather than pre-recorded.
Virtual
Production
Is virtual production the same as digital animation?
No. Digital animation focuses on creating the final 3D/CGI content itself.
Virtual production, on the other hand, is a production methodology that integrates digital content into filming workflows and previs processes — allowing real-time control over the scene, camera, and environment to accelerate creative iteration and enhance visual control.
What are the benefits of virtual production for brands?
Virtual production allows brands to create complex environments with full creative control, iterate more efficiently, maintain visual consistency across multiple pieces, and achieve premium-looking results without relying on physical locations or impractical set builds.
