(hereinafter, “Cinética”), is a commercial company of Mexican nationality, duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the United Mexican States, with its registered address at Agustín Vicente Eguía No. 8, San Miguel Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo , ZIP Code 11850, Mexico City, Mexico.
